Online Summer Courses

The Marcus department is offering 12 online courses during the summer 2017 semester.

NOTE: The department is able to offer these courses through a pilot program through the Penn State World Campus (WC). This means that students pay the standard WC rate ($584/credit for students with 60 or more credits completed; $542/credit for students with less than 60 credits completed), which is a significate savings from the University Park (UP) web course rates.

In order to get this reduced rate, students need to enroll in these courses via LionPATH and select ‘WC – World Campus’ for the campus.

If students have already enrolled in a course through the UP campus, they must drop that course and enroll in the WC course in order to receive the reduced rate.

The IME department asks that students register for courses by May 1; decisions on course cancellations (due to low enrollments) will be made during the first week of May.
