Effective Fall 2016:Industrial engineering graduate students must complete all SARI requirements by the end of their admission semester.

Note: Students can obtain only 2 of the 5 hours from ORP sponsored workshops. Students are required to swipe their Penn State ID card to verify attendance at ORP workshops. The Graduate Program Office will email your attendance confirmation to students. Students should keep this documentation for their SARI records.

Note: SARI requirements will not be considered complete without titles, dates, and completion documentation.

Once all requirements have been met and this checklist completed, students should email the completed checklist along with completion certificates, attendance confirmations, and CITI transcript to the Graduate Program Office or hand deliver all documentation to 310 Leonhard Building. Once reviewed, the Graduate Program Office staff will send a confirmation email to the student confirming that all SARI requirements have been met.

An incomplete checklist that is submitted will be returned for completion.
