A lab session in the Computer Classroom in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Penn State.

Computer Classroom

The Computer Classroom in 104 Leonhard Building provides a multi-purpose teaching and learning environment for Penn State industrial engineering faculty and students.

The classroom is equipped with thirty-seven zero clients, which allow users to connect to the College of Engineering’s virtual desktop infrastructure. The zero clients are installed in specially designed desk units that allow movement of the equipment. This allows faculty to maintain a direct line of sight with students.

The Computer Classroom is open 24 hours a day and is available for student use when a class is not in session.
